Update for Dec. 2022

Hello form Panhandle Microgreens.

We have not been idle over the last few months. We have been setting up our growing facility and learning as much as possible. One lesson we have learned is that in order to be considered farming we can not do any packaging or labeling of our microgreens. This is great news because, it means that you will be getting the freshest microgreens possible as we will only harvest once you have placed your order! We have also been growing small test runs and learned that not everyone consumes microgreens at the same rate. So we have changed how orders are placed to reflect this. Orders will now be by the ounce so that you will not purchase more that you can handle. This is also great as you will not feel like you are wasting your money or letting food go to waste.

We have enjoyed experimenting and growing broccoli microgreens so much that in the coming months we will be expanding our offerings to include:

• Leeks

• Radish

• Anise

• Dill

• Cilantro

• and more
